When you think differently you come up with new ideas that are expected form a leader. You will find new ways to solve organizational problems, you will find ways to allocate resources more effectively and efficiently and you will also be able to achieve organizational goals faster. The main ability of a leader is to influence others, so you will have to think differently to do this. If you thought the same way that your employees did you will find it hard to motivate them and influence them because they won’t see any difference between you and them.
